Dubai Singing Fountain

This is the biggest and mightiest singing water fountain in the world. Like always, the UAE brakes another Guinness World Record with this one. The water in the fountain is used to cool down the air conditioning systems of nearby buildings specially for the Burj Khalifa skyscraper. The engineers found a dual purpose for all the water needed to cool down Burj Khalifa’s air conditioning system by creating the singing water fountains. The explosions you hear are due to the enormous amount of water pressure, measured in pound Per Square Inch (PSI), been released through the hoses. The lightnings are precisely that, lights illuminating the water being expelled through the hoses. It gives the impression of explosives being used to spell the water up into the skies.
